45 minute Massage -

45 minute massage is for specific focus areas only this 35 minutes hands on can target those areas that have been causing you a lot of pain or soreness. our 45 minute service is great for neck and shoulders or legs only focus.

60 minute massage -

60 minutes massage is perfect for those who don't always have the time to spare. This 50 minute hands on service is great and effective if you need to get your “health on” but can only fit it in at lunch or right before you get the kids. Need a spot treatment!?! this is the way to go.

90 minute massage -

With a 90 minute massage you will receive your own personally customized treatment with 80 minutes hands on, tailored to your specific wellness woes.

120 minute massage

You will experience what it is like to have a 120 minute massage. After you have received a 60 or 90 minute massage you may be approved for this luxury “all about you” service only V.I.P`s can enjoy.

It's time to upgrade

Any and all upgrades must be done at the time of booking your session. Unless discussed otherwise.

At anytime we may refuse an upgrade / Add On due to contraindications for your safety. Unless approved by a medical doctor.

Contraindications:

can not receive a massage service.

  • your with-in your first trimester from 0-13 weeks

  • Any type of High-Risk pregnancy

  • Previous Pregnancy complications ( such has pre-term labor)

  • Severe Swelling, High blood pressure. or severe headaches

  • Pre-eclampsia

  • Deep vein thrombosis

  • placenta problems

  • pitting edema

Pregnancy Massage is one of the most rewarding and at times a “Life Saver” when it comes to any discomfort you may be experiencing. We like to use side lying techniques with proper bolstering that support’s the whole body and with that being said every pregnancy and body is different so every massage is tailored to the specific needs that are requested
